Behold! What a century!!
One more revolution in the western world and we are liable to shake the very foundations of this Earth. The expansion and development within the lands of America have progressed with alacrity. No one seems concerned with trampling the rights of Indians and slaves. Perhaps this will result in guilt, but it will take centuries for me to realize how guilty we should feel.
This was also the century when I started to get tired of those ruffled shirts and knickers. I shall pray to the Almighty that we shan't have to don them in the next century.
